I would like to convey my appreciation to you and your associates for the manner in which the recent work was performed by Quantum Builders on my home.  As you know, our old roof was removed and a new Owens Corning roof installed, all Masonite siding and much of the wood trim was removed, along with the original vapor barrier, and replaced with James Hardie Siding Products over a new Tyvek vapor barrier, and two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint were applied to the siding and trim.  I was extremely pleased not only with the quality of the products that were used, but in the quality of workmanship and the overall attention to detail.  I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone at Quantum Builders, from our initial meeting to your final inspection, the way phone calls were promptly returned, the manner in which all questions were handled, and by the efforts of all of the workmen, as well as the respect they demonstrated for my property.  While my experience is not in the area of residential construction, as a civil engineer I do have considerable experience working with construction contractors, and I would rate Quantum Builders highly in all regards.

As you know, selecting a contractor to perform major work on one’s home can be a difficult and somewhat unnerving process.  While I confirmed as much information as I could before selecting a contractor, one never knows how the work will actually be performed until the project is complete, and Quantum Builders exceeded my expectations.  Please feel free to distribute a copy of this letter when asked to provide references to assist others in making their decision.  I would also be pleased to speak to any individuals that may wish to talk to me personally about my experience with Quantum Builders.  Once again, my thanks to you and your associates for all your efforts. I wanted to write this letter, to show our gratitude, for a job well done!

In the hail storm of April, 2007, we had severe damage to our roof.

Your representative was the first to introduce himself, and he presented himself, and Quantum Builders, with great pride.  Steve is very professional, a lot of fun to talk to, and to work with.  I really appreciated his explaining things to me, and his guidance in matters that I know nothing about.  Daniel and his crew are wonderful!  Of course, I fretted needlessly, over my flower beds, and newly planted flowers and shrubs, but they weren’t damaged, and the crew stayed on top of the clean up in the yard.

The roof looks better than it has in 15 years. What professionalism!!!

I would recommend Quantum Builders to everyone.
